Claygent Enrichment Causing Slow Performance Issues Today

Clay S. Why is Clay running so slow today? I’ve only applied Claygent enrichment and even that is extremely slow this is too much. Kindly Clay team please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

For slow Claygent performance, try these solutions: Immediate fixes: ** Try a hard refresh: Mac: Cmd + Shift + R, Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Click your column header → hover over "Run column" → select "Force" to jumpstart the enrichment Optimization tips: ** Make your search queries more specific and well-defined ** Break large requests into smaller batches * Check your API tier limits - lower tiers require processing ~50 rows at a time Performance issues often occur with larger tables or when multiple actions run simultaneously.
