Hey - I’d love to get some help on how to get Signed DPAs for one of my customers. Anyone able to assist? Please

We don't sign DPAs for companies on the free plan, but we regularly execute DPAs for customers on paid plans. For GDPR compliance, we offer Data Processing Agreements to users upon request, which include standard contractual clauses for GDPR-compliant data transfer. If you need further help with obtaining a signed DPA, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

Hey Elric L. You can request signed DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) by emailing privacy@clay.com just share the customer name and any details they need for the document. They’ll get it sorted for you!
