Addressing Credit Tracking and Reliability Issues in Clay

Hello Clay support. I am beyond frustrated. I love Clay. What it does, how it serves my clients Worth every penny when it works. I am very upset when iIkeep trying things that AI recommends for an issue that is probably well known and then credits disappear. Particularly when there is a bug in a Sculpt created command. I understand bugs. I understand new stuff breaks. Tracking credits and usage is a nightmare. Support is great, they refund credits. I don't want refunds. I want reliability, tracking, clear parameters. . I should be able to, in real time, see what effect a prompt will have on credits (aka my $). Another credit burning issue: automatic refresh of all columns -- that burns through credits. Each column should have a well highlighted command to either turn it on or off. Not automatics. It's neither easy nor intuitive. I have wasted so much time. So frustrated. So very frustrated.
