Is there any way to expand this integration where you can actually see the specific proximity radius distance, or expand this box to see the map on a larger scale?
In the Google Maps source modal, there isn’t a separate “expand” view to make the map bigger or show an exact radius value on the circle itself. What you can do is refine the area by:
If you need a precise distance measurement (miles/meters) between two points, our Mapbox → Find Distance Between Two Locations action returns exact distance + travel time. [3]

Not interested in using Openmart, not interested in sales people reaching out to pitch their tool, TIA
Thank you for your feedback. If you have any other questions or need assistance with Clay, please let me know how I can help.
Yes. Please expand capabilities of this tool. Very limited for such a basic integration.
Totally hear you - that modal is pretty lightweight today. [1]
Right now there isn’t a bigger “expanded map” view or an exposed “exact radius value on the circle” control in the Google Maps source modal. The main knobs you have are: [2]
set the location (city / neighborhood / address)
adjust the search area by changing the radius (in the modal)
drag the map pin to re-center the circle
If you want, tell me what “exact radius” output you need (e.g., show the numeric radius you selected, or show distance from center to each result), and I can suggest the closest Clay-native workaround. [3]
Did that answer your question?
If you still need help with expanding the capabilities of this tool or have other suggestions, I’m here to assist. Would you like to share more about what specific features or outputs you’re trying to achieve?
Hey Cole F. yeah the clay google maps tool is basic - no expanded view or exact radius display. you can adjust the slider and move the pin but that's it. if you need precise distance data, run mapbox enrichment after scraping. what are you trying to accomplish? might be another way to get what you need
Yeah, I get the frustration. In our Google Maps source, the “search area” controls are basically limited to: set a location, adjust the radius, and drag the pin to re-center. There isn’t an expanded map view or an “exact radius on the circle” display in that modal right now. [1]
If what you need is a precise numeric distance (miles/meters) between two points, you can calculate that with Mapbox’s Find Distance Between Two Locations action after you’ve pulled results. [2]
Also, if you turn on the “Preferred Google API” toggle, it uses 1 credit per result (the older mode is free but more limited). [3]
Is that what you were looking for?

Need specific radius adjustment, larger map view, exclusion filters pre-run to not waste credits, and in an ideal world draw radius similar to a Zillow map modal
Yeah - you’ve hit the current limits of the Google Maps source modal. For defining the search area, it’s basically: set a location, adjust the radius, and drag the pin (no larger map view or “draw your own radius” Zillow-style control today). [1]
For the “don’t waste credits” part, the workaround is to qualify/filter before you run any credit-consuming enrichments:
