I recently had a customer sign up using my affiliate link but I don't see the conversion in my Dashboard. How do I handle this?

For a referral to appear in your Dashboard, the customer must:
Use your unique referral link to visit our site
Not clear cookies (which track the referral)
Use the same browser from visit to signup
Become a paying customer
If all these steps were followed and you still don’t see the conversion, you can fill out this form with the required details (customer’s email, workspace number, your referral code, etc.) and a screenshot confirming the referral intent. If you need further help, just ask to speak to a human agent in this chat [1], [2].

Hi Gui - your referral request has been approved at our end. Provided the user you referred signed up for a paid plan, the referral conversion should reflect in your rewardful account in 30-35 days from now. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
