Clay S. is it possible to trigger all of the data sources in a table to update manually (at once) instead of having to go into each one and tell it to update?
Hey Alex, selecting rows and running row actions may do what you want
Not the columns Andreas W. The data sources. ie. Finds Jobs search. Currently is on a daily schedule - but i know if you click in you can manually trigger it to search NOW. Was wondering if you could manually trigger them all somehow.
Thanks! We've reopened this thread. You can continue to add more detail directly in this thread.
Why was this closed without a resolution lol
Hey there - we're having a bit of trouble with our support tooling and closed this conversation out preemptively. Reopening it here and someone from our team will get back to you soon!
Yes, you can update all data sources in a table at once. You can re-enrich up to 50,000 records in a single table with just one click. To trigger updates for all sources: 1. Click the Auto-update icon at the bottom right of your table 2. Select Turn on Table and then choose either: • Continue without running, or • Update cells to refresh all dataThis will update all configured enrichments and sources in your table simultaneously, saving you from having to update each source individually. To manually trigger updates for individual data sources in your table: 1. Click on the source column header 2. Hover over "Sources" 3. Select the specific source you want to update 4. Click "Edit source" to trigger an immediate updateUnfortunately, there isn't currently a way to trigger all data sources simultaneously - you'll need to trigger each source individually using the steps above. For sources like Find Jobs search that are on a daily schedule, you can see when the next scheduled update will occur by checking the source settings through the same menu path. Your request was answered in the previous messages - currently, there isn't a way to trigger all data sources simultaneously in a table. Each data source needs to be triggered individually by clicking the source column header and selecting sources. For sources that are on a scheduled refresh (like your Find Jobs search), they automatically update every 24 hours. While you can manually trigger individual sources between these scheduled updates, there's no bulk update feature available at this time. Hi Alex, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now and sorry about that! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1375465520/f16907abc917c881a59eec9ec9a1/CleanShot+2025-02-11+at+09_55_26%402x.png?expires=1739287800&signature=4d4d95e2e0b69137fe56414ed4aca4e1ed1dead2c7b426aae071a99b0d7d032e&req=dSMgE814mIRdWfMW1HO4zRC%2BKPL%2BmAQsS26iA%2B%2BL5HySpPGt2LVcm4n%2BurT1%0AMFVc%0A In your jobs search sources, you can configure the source to run on a specified schedule, but I believe the maximum cadence is daily! Let me know if this helps
Hey Alex, thanks for reaching out. I take it you have many different sources in a single table and want to update all of them? As of right now, this is not a feature and going into each one manually is the workaround. However, we appreciate this feedback and will voice this over to our team! :) Let us know if you have any other questions or how we can best assist!
