Am I doing something wrong where I can't import LinkedIn comments from PhantomBuster over to Clay?
You can import PhantomBuster data into Clay using our integration. To pull LinkedIn comments data: Set up the connection: 1. Go to Settings > Connections 2. Click + Add Connection and select PhantomBuster 3. Enter your PhantomBuster API key Import the data: 1. In your table, click Add enrichment and search for PhantomBuster 2. Select Pull Data action 3. Choose your PhantomBuster account 4. Enter the Agent ID from your LinkedIn comments scraper 5. Optionally enable Only Fetch Latest Container for most recent results Make sure your PhantomBuster agent has successfully scraped the LinkedIn comments data before importing. The integration pulls whatever data your agent has collected.
Open your CSV from PhantomBuster Make sure column headers are clean: no special characters or emojis (e.g. Name “Name”) Ensure all rows have complete URLs (e.g. no missing https:// or broken LinkedIn links) Save file as UTF-8 CSV Go to Clay Upload CSV Map fields properly
Your CSV preparation steps are correct. For importing PhantomBuster CSV data into Clay: CSV Requirements: ** Use UTF-8 encoding ** Clean column headers (no special characters/emojis) ** Complete URLs in all rows ** Maximum 72 columns and 50,000 rows Import Process: 1. In Clay, click Actions → Import 2. Select Import from CSV 3. Upload your file 4. Map CSV columns to Clay table fields 5. Click Add to table If upload issues persist, try uploading to Google Sheets first, then re-downloading as CSV before importing to Clay.
How do I use the integration directly? The other import fields work except for the comments field
To use the PhantomBuster integration directly as an enrichment column: 1. In your Clay table, click Add enrichment and search for PhantomBuster 2. Select Pull Data under Integrations 3. Choose your PhantomBuster account (or add one if needed) 4. Enter your Agent ID from PhantomBuster 5. Optionally enable Only Fetch Latest Container for most recent results 6. Run the enrichment to pull data This pulls data directly from your PhantomBuster agent into a Clay column, similar to how your other column imports work.

I'm using the direct integration from PhantomBuster's API Key
Copy your API key from PhantomBuster dashboard. Paste it into your integration tool (like Clay). Select the Phantom and provide required inputs (like URLs). Run the workflow the output column should fill automatically If the column is empty The Phantom might not be returning data Your input could be incorrect The Phantom may not have run properly
