Hi! Who should I speak with in case I am having a trouble with an enrichment waterfall. They took the credits, ran the half of it, but I don't see any changes on the spreadsheet
If your waterfall ran but you're not seeing changes, try these steps:
Right-click the column header and hover over Run Column
Select Force Run All Rows to jumpstart the run
If cells show "waiting for its inputs," click re-run this cell. Alternatively, toggle auto-update off and on, then accept the run prompt to update all rows.
No additional charges apply when re-running these rows.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, request human assistance by clicking Talk to a person for further investigation. [1]

Thanks for reaching out to support. Would you be able to clarify for me which waterfall enrichment column you are referencing? I see that you currently have two in your table. Additionally, we don't charge credits for data that is not found, so even if the function runs and doesn't return anything, you only get charged for cells that have returned data.
