Hi Clay team, I took the explorer plan on October 4 and cancelled it on Nov 3. All my 10k credit are lost and have only 200 credits in my account. When you cancelled your Explorer plan on November 3rd, your credits remained available until your billing cycle ended. After the billing cycle refreshed, your account switched to the free plan, which caps credits at 2x the monthly limit (200 credits for free plans).
Any credits exceeding this 200-credit limit were forfeited as part of our credit rollover policy when downgrading plans. [1] This is standard behavior - credits above your new plan's rollover cap cannot be retained.

I cancelled because I did not have enough money to buy another 10k credits. I thought I’ll work with the ones I have for now and buy after sometime. Can you please explain why the credits left in my account (ones I have already paid for) have been forfeited just because I cancelled the explorer plan.

I can say that generally, there is a period of one month to use credits after a downgrade, which is likely what happened here. Let me check up the chain on a partial refund /what we can do .

These were downgraded because I cancelled the explorer plan on Nov 3. Atleast I should get one month to use the credits I already have after I cancelled the plan.
Gabriel, 50% is okay but not satisfied with this policy from Clay. I am from India and I paid 30k to buy these credits, which is a lot of money for me. I am a part of the Clay bootcamp and was looking for internship in the GTME role - so could not use the credits because I did not have a live project. Can you please do something?
