hi team, I'm trying to run the HG Insights enrichment but it isn't giving me the option to run it. I'm working if vendor domains ending in ".io" are recognized by the enrichment?

I wonder if the problem is that the Clayagent isn't finding any products on the domain...

Hey Jason — thanks for reaching out! The reason you’re not seeing the option to run the HG Insights enrichment is because the Products field is required. If you enter values in that section, it should allow you to save and proceed. As for domains ending in ".io"—yes, they should be recognized by the enrichment, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Let us know if adding products doesn’t resolve it, and we’ll take a closer look!

Can you try replicating with that vendor's domain partnerpage.io. ?

Hey Jason, I was able to replicate the issue. It looks like there aren’t any products tracked by HG that are currently associated with partner.io or similar tools. You might want to review the product catalog first to see if anything matches your criteria—here’s how you can do that:

I also checked BuiltWith, and only PartnerPage shows up, and even then, it's only tied to a few websites:
