Hi there, on this table https://app.clay.com/workspaces/679029/workbooks/wb_0t3g85bmUbVuebB5i25/tables/t_0t9gzmzNKTs2pyZv98k/views/gv_0t9gzn0uPTekPManp4X , I'm finding people from the company table and it's adding the people to the table, but it's not automatically enriching the work email and therefore it won't do the lookup object rule Does the work email enrichment need to also be set to 're-run columns on a schedule' and if so, by selecting it to re-run, will it re-run all rows again or only the new ones that didn't run, just thinking about credit usage
When you enable "re-run columns on a schedule" for Find Work Email, it will re-run all rows in that column, not just new ones. [1] This means it will attempt to process every row again according to your schedule frequency.
However, this might not solve your current issue. Looking at your screenshot, the problem seems to be that many rows show "Run condition not met" - this suggests there's a conditional run criteria preventing the email enrichment from running. [2]
For credit usage, yes - scheduling will re-run all rows and consume credits each time it runs. The warning you're seeing about using over 5% of your monthly credits reflects this.
To fix the "Run condition not met" issue, check if there's a conditional run formula set on your Find Work Email column that's preventing it from running on certain rows. You might need to adjust or remove that condition first.

It's an error with the first waterfall data source, you can see it goes to the 2nd source and it works fine. How can I get it so that it updates automatically for new records only?
For the first waterfall source to auto-update for new records only, you need to enable auto-update in the waterfall settings. When setting up or editing your waterfall column, look for the auto-update toggle and make sure it's enabled. [1]
Auto-update runs every 24 hours by default and will only process new rows that haven't been enriched yet - it won't re-run existing successful results. [2] This should fix the issue where new records aren't automatically getting enriched by your first data source.
The "Run condition not met" errors you're seeing suggest there might be conditional run criteria preventing the first source from running. Check if there's a formula in the conditional run settings that's blocking certain rows. [3]
This way you'll get automatic enrichment for new records without consuming extra credits on rows that already have data.
Is that what you were looking for?
auto-update is applied and the run condition not met is the validation column as the first email discovery enrichment is coming back as an error
The "Run condition not met" error in your validation column is happening because the validation is set to only run when there's a valid email from the first enrichment source. Since the first source is erroring out, there's no email to validate, so the condition isn't met.
To fix this, you'll need to adjust the conditional run criteria on your validation column. Click into the validation column settings and modify the "Only run if" condition to also trigger when the second email source (Find Work Email 2) finds an email, not just the first one. [1]
You can click into the specific error cells in your first email column to see more details about what's causing those errors. This will help you understand if it's a data issue or integration problem that needs addressing.
The auto-update will work fine once the validation conditions are properly set up to account for your waterfall setup. [2]

I've tried to re-run rows which have an error, but it's now removed all results and messed up the other lookup & create object columns

I've re-run all the cells again and it's worked for the remaining emails, will check back tomorrow when new records are added to make sure the email populates automatically But noticed that the 'create object' for those new records at bottom of table shows 'run condition not met' but the conditions are right for it to fire:
email is known
lookup object = 0
exclude job title = false
I've tried to re-run a cell manually at the bottom on row 2602, but still comes back as that Will I need to also set the lookup object & create object columns to re-run daily as well on a schedule to detect the new record or should it do it automatically?
