Is the sumble integration no longer available? It stopped working in a table, and now I cannot see it in my available connections to add, or as a clay provided connection

Did all that still getting the error "Payment required" we have more than enough credits
A "Payment required" error despite having credits usually means the integration requires your own API key rather than Clay credits. [1]
