I’m having an issue with billing and credits, says I’m out of credits - but also says I haven’t used any credits since July 19th - when the credits should have reset for the billing period
When your plan renews, there may be a 1-2 hour delay before credits appear in your account due to transaction processing times.
Our card provider needs time to process transactions, so credits from a renewal may not appear immediately. The 1-2 hour processing window applies to each renewal cycle based on your original billing time.
If it's been more than 2 hours since your billing period should have reset and you're still seeing this issue, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help.
