Hey I just made three new account profiles on 3 different domains that have existed for a few years now. I tried sending a test email to someone and it went to spam. Any advice of fixing this? I wanted to start warming up these emails through smart lead warm up but if itβs already hitting spam is it worth it? Or should I get them out of spam first then start warming up through smart lead?
To prevent your new email accounts from going to spam, here are some recommended practices:1. Implement proper email filtering techniques to ensure you're sending relevant messages to recipients. 2. Focus on building a quality email list with engaged recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive your communications. 3. Maintain strict email sending policies and follow best practices for professional email communication. It would be advisable to work on improving your email deliverability before starting the smart lead warm-up process. This will help establish a better foundation for your email campaigns and reduce the risk of your messages being marked as spam.Since your situation may require specific technical assistance to resolve the spam filtering issues, you may want to request help from a human agent who can provide more detailed guidance for your specific case.
