I had to move one of my client's workspace to mine and I had some credits like 6000. The expiry was supposed to be today so I thought I'd reach out to support to either move the credits to new account or finish them. I guess the timezone is not custom and when I checked its already expired.
Can you help me get them back? Too expensive for us to waste them.

Hey there! Just checked the account and it looks like our team already awarded a partial refund to the expiring credits to the workspace 506334. We will not be able to award further and cannot transfer credits since you are not an admin in your client's workspace.
