Hey team, my clay credit shows 0 even though i've 5k more left. On my credit consumption page as well its evident about the total consumtion around 5k which means i should have 5k left. please check.
I can see the discrepancy - your usage shows around 5k consumed from a 10k plan, but you're showing 0 available credits.
A few things could cause this:
Credit processing delays - If your plan renewed recently, credits can take 1-2 hours to appear due to transaction processing times. [1]
Hidden credit consumption - Credits might be used by auto-updates, recurring processes, or actions that were stopped mid-process but still consumed credits. [2] Check if any tables have auto-update enabled or if there are running enrichments.
Audit your recent activity - Review your table histories and check for any enrichments that were run and later deleted, as credits would still be consumed.
If none of these explain the discrepancy and it's been more than 2 hours since any renewal, just ask to speak to a human and they can investigate your specific account.

Thanks for reaching out--our team is working to fix this bug. The integrations area has more credit useage than your workspace. Because of the mismatch, I gave you 5K credits! Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
