Hey! I ran a waterfall to get emails for around 500 contacts, I've gotten some but many are still queued. Is there any way I can cancel it, get some of the credits back? It's been like this for almost two hours and I don't think it's loading any more. I have closed clay, reloaded the page, let it sit, and went out of the table and went back in. If anyone could help me that would be great.
You can stop your waterfall by clicking the "Stop Updates" button at the bottom right of your screen, then select "Confirm and stop" in the pop-up menu. Regarding credits: if providers don't return valid data, we automatically refund those credits back to you. You won't be charged for actions that don't return results. The waterfall only charges credits for providers that successfully find data.

Good news—this issue should now be fixed! Try refreshing your page with Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R, then rerun the rows by clicking the column header and selecting Run Column or Run Rows That Didn’t Run or Have Errors.
