Has anyone had any luck connecting their Zoom Info account to Clay? I click on add connection and then when I name my connection, add my zoominfo username and then password it gives me an error message. It says "An error occurred while creating the account. Please check your credentials and try again." How can I fix this and get my Zoom Info integrated?
To resolve this credentials error when connecting your ZoomInfo account, follow these steps: 1. Go to your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings 2. Navigate to the Connections tab in the sidebar 3. Click Add Connection and search for ZoomInfo 4. When configuring the connection: • Double-check that your ZoomInfo username and password are entered correctly • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your credentials • Verify that your ZoomInfo account is active and in good standing If you continue experiencing issues after following these steps, you may want to: ** Try clearing your browser cache and attempting the connection again ** Ensure you're using your current ZoomInfo login credentials

Here is what I am getting, and I'm not sure why. My zoom Info Login and Password are correct and I'm still getting this error.
Thanks for sharing this. Could you let me know the workspace where you're trying to set this up? I didn't see one associated with your email address here. I'm also curious if there's some browser-related hiccup here. Any luck when trying with a different browser, in incognito mode, after ensuring all cookies are allowed, etc.?

Thanks for giving that a shot. From here, I'd recommend two items: 1. Reach out to ZoomInfo support and confirm if you have API access enabled under your current credentials? (From what I understand, it's an additional package they offer.) 2. Ask if they can allowlist clay.com for usage under your account. I've seen other customers who were not aware of this security restriction they apply. I'm curious if perhaps that access has not been set up for your account.

That's great! It looks like you're still getting an error because you're missing an input for this action. Could you click into this provider in the waterfall and see what mandatory inputs are not filled?

Yes, see attached. Here's what's inside of the Zoom Info Action. I'm still unsure why it's giving me an error
Also, if I then click into waterfall output there's nothing in there. See attached.
