Hi Clay S., the registered cohort under my email is under our company's workspace. we have workflows running and may consume the free credits. what can we do about this
You have two options if your workspace is consuming free credits: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for a one-time boost: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount needed and continue 2. Upgrade your plan for ongoing higher usage: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan • Select the next tier and click Upgrade Plan You can monitor your credit usage by clicking your account name, going to Settings, then Credit Usage in the sidebar.

Hi Bo, my account in Clay is already registered to workspace 410169, and this account is also registered to cohort, the free credits for the cohort (1k) has been added to our account. but 410169 already have workflows running. I am a bit concerned on our workflows may consume the free credits from cohort.
Hey, Totally get the concern. You can pause the workflows directly. That way, nothing will run automatically and consume those credits.
