Using Marketplace GPTs via API: Is It Possible Outside of Clay?

This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to use marketplace GPTs via API in clay or outside of clay?

I’m sure there are quite a lot of use cases for custom GPTs if API access were possible but I was thinking specifically for something more on the light/fun side— meme creation. The model would be trained to accept a topic and sentiment, then output an image of a relevant meme with text.
