can someone help me confirm this? Sculptor says that we're still charged even though no data was returned. Is this accurate? I've been told that if no data is returned, we are refunded for the credit spent.
I can help clarify this for you! To better understand your situation and check on the credit usage, could you let me know what actions or enrichments you ran that resulted in 'no data found'? This will help me investigate whether those credits should have been refunded.
I understand you're concerned about credits being charged when no data was returned in your waterfall with Snov.io and Clay enrichments. Based on guideline 376889, I need to escalate this to our team for review. They'll be able to investigate the specific credit charges and help determine if a refund is appropriate. Would you like me to connect you with a human team member now?
yes please.
I’m connecting you to a human agent now who can assist you further with this issue.

This seems very off too me -- I never used smarte or clearbit as they are really expensive to use... Also, Sculptor put the waterfall together, and I removed those providers... This is very off. Can someone please revise, this is a clients instance, so it's important we get it right.
Hi Willy, thank you for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. To my understanding, credits should be refunded for both Clay company enrichment and Leadmagic company enrichment if no data is found. If you are seeing any unexpected results, please let me know and I will be happy to take a look.
Regarding the table Sculptor helped build, could you please share what is not working and how you would like the table to be updated? Thank you so much.
Gotcha I think the hiccup for me is that I never used the Clearbit or Smarte integrations. I don't know why it says that it's in here. Also, autorun has been running on its own even though I turned it off on the table. There's something up here.
I did a test where I ran the waterfall and got both negative results. I did see the refunds happen, and I just really don't know how Smarte or Clearbit show up as credit spend when honestly I didn't even use them.
I just want to control which rows run. I hate autoupdate lol Especially because this is one of my client's instances
Hi Willy - thanks for reaching out!
It might've auto-run when Sculptor started building it when Smarte or Clearbit; however it seems like it looks correct now as you don't have those providers anymore.
Gotcha, well that was not supposed to happen and I had shutoff autorun before I started to build, so I'm not sure what happened... is there a way to be refunded for those credits (again it's not my workspace)
