Hello - "waterfall" column does not work as expected. It tell me that "missing attribute" when in reality all is good
The "missing attribute" error in waterfall columns typically occurs when HG Insights is missing data about specific tech stack products you're trying to enrich. To resolve this, you can either: ** Check HG Insight's data directory at HG Data Discovery to verify available product categories ** Remove the problematic items from the waterfall by clicking the trash icon This should clear up the issue if you're running a general tech stack enrichment rather than scanning for specific providers.
Hello Viktor! Thanks for reaching out! Could you tell me more about the issue at hand. Also would love if you could send over the table link URL so that I can check it out!
all good
I figured it out
the problem was - I didn't see the "output" field at the most top
so it gave me error
but didn't point to the field where is the error
so all good now, solved
Can you help me
If I want to build Email Enrichment Waterfall myself
How can I activate Zerobounce field for each step?
I couldn't do it
Like, I want to run zerobounce check after each step if got email
If emmail is good, we stop, if not - we continue
But if we build a customer waterfall flow - it doesn't work - I can add zerobounce at the most end when the email is outputted
could you suggest the direction we go
Ahh! Glad you figured out the solution to the first issue! Technically in a custom waterfall you should be able to add zerobounce at each step. Do you have one setup that I can take a look? Also curious to know why you are not using the template waterfall?
I would imagine in a custom waterfall adding zerobounce separately between each data provider like this:
