Hello! Can someone explain why the filters don't work when trying to find people from companies in a filtered Clay table of companies. As you can see in the screenshot it says companies 6,060 filters but the people included in the preview are people that work at companies not in the filtered table.
The issue you're seeing is likely because editing source filters after a table has been run doesn't automatically update the results. Clay doesn't reprocess previously generated data when you change filters. [1]
Even though your preview shows the new company filters (6,060 companies), the actual search results won't refresh until you re-run or duplicate the table with updated filters. [2]
To fix this, you'll need to either delete and re-run the step that generated the people data, or duplicate the table with your updated company filter settings. [3]
Before trying that though, I'd recommend using Sculptor (our built-in AI tool in the top-right corner) to help troubleshoot this workflow setup. Can you give that a try and let me know if it helps?
If you still need help resolving the filter issue or using Sculptor, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve so we can continue troubleshooting?

Hi Julie, thanks for reaching out! I created 2 views for you in the table: "Support: EY" and "Support: Deloitte", that filter for any rows that contain the company domain for EY and Deloitte. The table has these company domains, so that's why they show up in the "Find People" search. Let me know if you have further questions or need additional help! 😊
But they are filtered out in my current view? How do I only search for people at the companies filtered to in my current view>
Thanks Julie! When I search up EY's company domain it still shows up in the 'Default view', so I would recommend adding more filters!

Thanks! Super helpful!
