Critical Issue: Loss of Processed Rows in Clay File Run
URGENT URGENT URGENT https://app.clay.com/workspaces/370302/workbooks/wb_0svhwbnfW5ddDyow5up/tables/t_0svhwdnZS6bpQYMvvdt/views/gv_0svhwdntBSion3PUSRE Hi Clay Team A critical issue just occurred with one of my files. I had already successfully run 4,000 rows out of 7,000. I simply wanted to run the remaining 3,000 rows. After clicking "Run all rows that haven't run or had errors," the system reset everything — I lost all 4,000 previously run rows in a single click. This represents at least €1,000 in OpenAI credits, and it’s not just my money — it's part of a client’s budget. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've been using Clay for years, and I know what I clicked. This should never happen — the system is supposed to run only the rows that haven't been processed or that had errors, not wipe everything. Please, please tell me there’s a history or backup function so we can revert this. If not, I expect full reimbursement for the credits lost due to this bug. This is a major issue, and I hope you can address it with the seriousness it deserves.
