Hi Team, Is there a way to use Clay to track companies that are searching for specific keywords on Google or other platforms? example GRC,ISO,GRC?
Clay can't directly track companies searching for keywords, but you can use our Google integration to find companies mentioning specific keywords like "GRC" or "ISO" on their websites. Use the "Perform Search with Google" action to search for companies with these terms in their content. You can also use "Find Keywords in Website with Google" to analyze specific company websites for keyword presence. For broader searches, try our template that performs Google searches and finds web pages mentioning specific keywords - perfect for identifying companies discussing GRC or ISO topics.
I have not created any table for this as of now. But just wanted to understand how it can be done
Hi Dakshin, Clay does not currently support tracking companies that are searching for specific keywords on Google or other search platforms - this kind of direct search intent data isn’t available in Clay today. That said, Clay offers several alternative ways to uncover buying intent related to keywords like GRC and ISO, such as: ** Social media monitoring: Track companies posting about or engaging with relevant keywords on LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit. ** TrustRadius integration: Identify companies researching solutions in specific product categories (e.g., compliance, security). ** Job postings: Find companies hiring for roles with GRC/ISO keywords - often a strong intent signal. ** News & blog monitoring: Surface mentions of companies in articles related to compliance topics. Let me know if that makes sense and if you have further questions on this workflow.
