what is the best way to track total credits that would be used for the run of a say 10 rows in a table that uses RSS feed? I need to assess total credits we'd need so we don't burn our budget
Tracking Total Credits for 10-Row RSS Feed Runs: Best Practices | Clay
To track and estimate credits for your RSS feed table with 10 rows:
1. For tracking actual usage:
⢠Use the "View Table History" button at the bottom of your table to see which columns used credits.
⢠Check credit usage by table by clicking your account name > Settings > Credit usage. This shows detailed breakdowns by table.
⢠Right-click on specific columns and select "Run Info" to see credits spent on that column.
2. For estimating before running:
⢠Calculate by summing the credit cost for each provider/enrichment you plan to use, then multiply by 10 rows.
⢠Note that RSS feed imports themselves don't consume credits, but any enrichments you add to that data will.
⢠For the most accurate estimate, run a small test with your actual enrichments first.
If you need additional credits, you can purchase credit top-ups at a 50% premium over your plan's standard credit cost.
