How to Search for Exact Job Titles Effectively in Our System

I'm trying to search for people with specific exact job titles, but I'm having trouble getting the results I need. When I search for "Innovation Lead" and toggle on the "Exact keyword match" option, I expected it to return only people whose job title is exactly "Innovation Lead." However, the results include various job titles that just contain the words "Innovation" and "Lead" - like "Digital Marketing Lead & Innovation," "Safety Innovation Team Lead," and so on. What I really need is to find people whose job title matches exactly what I'm searching for, without any additional words or variations. Is there a way to configure the search to work this way?
