hi! I downgraded my plan since I wasn't using as many credits this month and plan on increasing again next month, but when i downgraded it won't roll over my credits. Since I downgraded, now it's saying over 30k credits are expiring tomorrow. Is there anyway I can get a couple week extension on that?
When you downgrade, your credits remain until your current billing cycle ends. After that, your balance gets capped at 2x your new plan's monthly limit. For example, if your new plan has 100 credits monthly, you'd keep only 200 credits total after the billing cycle refreshes. Unfortunately, our system doesn't offer extensions on credit expiration dates - the policy is automatic based on your plan limits. If you need further help with this situation, you should request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Hi Jeff, thanks for reaching out to support! So, if you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. Since you are planning on increasing again next month I can go ahead and manually rollover the credits for you. How many were you looking to get back?
