Hi. please explain credit rollover thing. This means I have to use 9170 credits before tomorrow and 10,000 will be rolled over to next month?

The 9,170 credits above that cap will expire on 11/29 if not used. Only 10,000 credits can roll over to next month.
So yes - use those 9,170 credits by tomorrow to avoid losing them.
