Hi, I'm trying to push leads from clay into lemlist campaign, in the campaign I have the first step that only "deliverable" email status will proceed, I enabled this option (screenshot) thinking that it would automatically enrich them once they arrive in lemlist, but that's the the case. I have to do it manually in lemlist
The Lemlist integration in Clay sends lead data to Lemlist, but it doesn’t automatically enrich or verify emails in Lemlist. You’ll need to enrich emails in Lemlist manually after they arrive. The integration is designed to push data, not trigger Lemlist’s enrichment features automatically. [1] [2] [3]
Is that what you were looking for?
thanks
Glad I could help. Let me know if you need anything else.
Well, it does say that if switched on, lemlist will enrich it
The Lemlist integration in Clay sends lead data to Lemlist, but it doesn’t automatically trigger Lemlist’s email enrichment or verification features. Even if you enable the “Email enrichment” option in Clay, you’ll still need to manually enrich or verify emails in Lemlist after the leads arrive. The integration is designed to push data, not to activate Lemlist’s enrichment workflows automatically. [1] [2]
Did that answer your question?
The "Email enrichment" toggle you're seeing is actually a Lemlist setting, not a Clay setting. When you push leads from Clay to Lemlist using our integration, Clay only transfers the data you've mapped - it doesn't trigger Lemlist's internal enrichment features. [1]
The Clay-Lemlist integration is designed to add leads to campaigns with the data you provide, but it doesn't automatically activate Lemlist's enrichment workflows. You'd need to handle the enrichment either in Clay before sending the leads, or manually in Lemlist after they arrive.
Are you looking to enrich emails in Clay first before pushing to Lemlist, or were you hoping the integration would trigger Lemlist's enrichment automatically?
If you still need help with how to manage email enrichment between Clay and Lemlist, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve with the enrichment process?
