Hi Everyone, We have run into a little problem. We setup hubspot update columns which would update the Lifecycle stage of contacts based on some criteria. With two lifecycle stages (Longfunnel and Qualified out) the updates run without problems but when it comes to Marketing Qualified Lead lifecycle stage it does not update the contact's lifecycle stage. For example contact is Sales Qualified Lead in HS but needs to be updated to Marketing Qualified lead stage. The system says that the update run but in HS the contact is still on Sales Qualified Lead stage. Any ideas?

Hey — could you send over the table URL? Also, please check the execution logs in HubSpot. It’s possible there’s an automation or workflow in HubSpot that’s preventing the Lifecycle Stage from being downgraded (e.g. from Sales Qualified Lead back to Marketing Qualified Lead), which would override the update. Let me know what you find.
