Assistance Needed to Access SPOTIO Workspace After Expired Session

Hi support. Need help in accessing my client's workspace. The workspace is called SPOTIO, I was able to login before using a invite link, but after couple of days, it says session has expired and I don't have any password with it. Please help, need this asap
