Hi support. Need help in accessing my client's workspace. The workspace is called SPOTIO, I was able to login before using a invite link, but after couple of days, it says session has expired and I don't have any password with it. Please help, need this asap

While I don't have information about SPOTIO workspaces, I can help with session expiration issues in Clay. If you're experiencing a "Your session has expired" error, try these steps: 1. Log out of your account 2. Hard refresh your browser: • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge) 3. Log back in 4. If the issue persists, try using an incognito window 5. Restart your browser extension if needed If you're having trouble with the login process, you might be set up to sign in using Google Authentication. Try logging in via Google instead. If you need further assistance, please request human help by clicking on "Talk to a person."
