HI, i am not able to make a new account on clay as i make a new it says you account is being locked can you please help me with that. the email from which i have been making the new account is 'rishubhanja13march@gmail.com' and 'paul.claypractice@gmail.com' these two accounts are of my friends please help

no i just want these accounts to be unlocked so that they can use clay and can learn and know about it. So please try to unlock them as soon as possible.
