Hey there! Not sure where’s a good place to put this but wanted to report a bug with Clay’s Claygent feature. When trying to remove files, or uploading them as a source, it always throws an error. So there’s no way to re-upload files as the bugged file is stuck there

For removing sources:
Click the source column title in your table
Click Sources and select the problematic source
Click Delete source [1]

this is regarding Document manager in Claygents though.

Tried, it doesn’t work! It just says “Failed to delete file.” Can you open a support ticket so Clay’s engineers can take a look?

Had this issue too last week, apparently they changed the Account Requirement for managing files to Admin-only. Once I got Admin access to the workspace I could add/remove documents again.
