Is there a way to find people at a more granular level than the pre-selected cities in the drop-down menu under “Location”? For example, could I find people from a list of zip codes?
The Find People search currently supports location filtering by countries, regions, cities, states, provinces, or municipalities through the location parameters. However, zip code filtering isn't available as a direct search parameter in Find People. While you can't search by zip codes initially, Clay does have zip code data available as a contact data point that can be enriched after finding people. This means you could run a broader location search first, then filter or enrich the results with zip code information.
Municipalities? Are you sure? The vast majority of these aren’t selectable. List:
Alviso, CA
Atherton, CA
Belmont, CA
Burlingame, CA
Los Altos, CA
Menlo Park, CA
Mountain View, CA
Palo Alto, CA
Portola Valley, CA
Redwood City, CA
San Carlos, CA
San Jose, CA
San Mateo, CA
Santa Clara, CA
Stanford, CA
Sunnyvale, CA
Foster City, CA
Hillsborough, CA
West Menlo Park, CA
Los Altos Hills, CA
Woodside, CA
There is not a specific table yet as I need to find people from these places and that will be the starting point.
Logan C. You can get more granular using the “Custom Location” block in Clay. Just paste in your list of ZIP codes, and Clay will filter people accordingly even beyond the default dropdown cities. If you're enriching via Apollo, Clearbit, or People Data Labs, make sure those sources support ZIP level filters too.
Hey There - How can I help?
