Hello Clay team. Trying to upload spreadsheet it says network error all the time. Have connected to several wifi it does not resolve the issue. The spreadsheet can't be uploaded
Try these troubleshooting steps for your spreadsheet upload:
First, try a hard refresh:
** Mac: Command + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option + Command + E (Safari)
** Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
For CSV files specifically, ensure:
** File has maximum 72 columns and 50,000 rows
** Use UTF-8 encoding with comma-separated values
** Keep the file name short
** Remove any "created at" or "updated at" columns
Alternative approach:
Upload your data to a public Google Sheet, download it again as CSV, then try uploading
If still getting errors:
Try logging out of Clay and logging back in to refresh your session, or clear your browser cache
If these steps don't resolve the network error, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
We had an incident earlier today. The earlier latency issues affecting some Clay tables have now been resolved. Everything should be loading as expected again.
