AI Column Issue: API Key and Inputs Verified, Need Help

Try a hard refresh first - Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
If cells are stuck in "queued" status, this often happens when columns are changed multiple times or runs are stopped midway.
Check if your AI column has "Required to Run" settings that might be blocking it from running when certain fields are empty. [1] Also verify there are no conditional run dependencies causing issues.
If the refresh doesn't work, try using our built-in AI tool Sculptor (top-right corner) to help diagnose the issue - it's free and can often spot configuration problems quickly.
