Issue with Credit Balance After LinkedIn Enrichment Process

Hello Clay team. Yesterday we had around 600+ credits left. I did enrichment for linkedin urls of companies by using AI (1 per row) and it founded and added links for 296 companies. Today it says that we don't have any credits left. Can you doublecheck that?

You can track your credit usage in the credit usage dashboard to see exactly how credits were consumed. To check your workspace credit usage: 1. Click your account name in the corner 2. Go to Settings → Credit usage 3. View detailed breakdowns by table, integration, and time period AI enrichments have variable credit costs based on prompt and token usage. Running AI on 296 rows could consume more credits than expected depending on the complexity of each request. The dashboard will show you the exact credit consumption for your recent enrichment activities.

Hey Sabina! For the past week, I've pulled the workspace's credit usage as below. Specific to your question, I can see that a use AI column charged 609 credits on July 22nd. Is this looking right to you? Hope this helps!
