How do I limit visibility to some of my folders and workbooks to other team members?
Workbook Access Control (Enterprise Only)
To restrict workbook visibility:
Open the workbook you want to restrict
Click the workbook title → Edit workbook settings
Under Edit Access, choose: • All workspace users: Everyone can access • Workspace admins and specific collaborators: Only selected users can access
If choosing the second option, click + Add collaborators to specify users
Important Limitations:
This feature is only available on Enterprise plans
Folder-level restrictions are not supported - only workbook-level [1]
Table-level view restrictions are not currently supported
For non-Enterprise plans, workbooks must be shared with all workspace users or exported externally

And how can I create a new workspace?
To create a new workspace, you need to sign up with a new account. You cannot create multiple workspaces from a single account or email login.
To switch between multiple workspaces, you would need to be invited to the other workspaces.

You can’t limit visibility per folder in Clay yet. but you can create separate workspaces that's the best way to control access for different team members.
You're absolutely correct! Folder-level visibility restrictions aren't currently supported in Clay. [1]
Creating separate workspaces is indeed the best approach for controlling access between different team members. To create a new workspace, you need to sign up with a new account - you can't create multiple workspaces from a single email login.
When colleagues sign up, they'll automatically be placed in their own workspace and can only access your workspace if you explicitly invite them.
