Troubleshooting Spintax Issues in Clay Email Templates

Does anyone know what can i do about this? I created a template on Clay and added spintax on the body and used smartlead as an email provider to send emails. However, spintax didnt work. any thoughts?

This value/variable can then be added directly to email draft which will be respected when it's exported out. Let me know!
