    Hey Kevin,

    I can see you have multiple accounts with multiple clients. I understand you're doing this to help them, but that's not allowed in our system. We recommend agency users be added as admins to your customers' accounts instead.

    I've gone ahead and unlocked your account this time, but please be aware this could happen automatically again and might become more complicated to resolve in the future. Just want to prevent any issues for you.
