Why is auto-dedupe not working here? I'm running some rows that's why the Table Settings is a bit grayed out, but it says "LinkedIn Handle" in the "Dedupe via column" field.

Auto-dedupe isn't working because your table is currently running, which disables the auto-dedupe toggle and settings. You need to stop the table first before you can enable auto-dedupe.

Auto-dedupe requires the toggle to be enabled first. From your screenshot, the "Auto-dedupe rows" toggle is turned off.
Even with LinkedIn Handle selected as your dedupe column, auto-dedupe won't work unless you enable automatic deduplication. You'll need to stop the table, toggle on "Enable automatic deduplication," then save changes.
The duplicates you see existed because auto-dedupe was never activated to monitor and remove them continuously.
