Hey team, Iām not able to run columns. Itās been stuck on āawaiting callbackā for the last 30 minutes. Is this related to the AWS outage?
When columns are stuck on "awaiting callback," try clicking the column header and selecting Force Rerun Column to reset it.
You can also try a hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
If that doesn't work, click the column header, hover over Run column, and select Force to jump start the run. Alternatively, toggle auto-update off and on again to update all rows.

When you see "No ads found" in the cell but the "Number of ads" field shows a value, this happens because the Adyntel API returned the total ad count but didn't include the actual ad details in that response. This typically occurs when the is_result_complete field is false, which means Adyntel's system detected ads exist but couldn't retrieve the full ad data in that particular call. The "Number of ads" value is accurate and shows how many ads were detected, but the cell preview displays "No ads found" because the detailed results array came back empty. You can still use the number of ads count in your workflow - it's valid data. If you need the actual ad details (images, copy, etc.), you may want to try re-running the enrichment.
