Performance issues can occur with large tables or complex workflows running simultaneously. Since you've already tried a hard refresh, try clearing your browser cache to resolve persistent performance issues.
If specific enrichments are stuck in "queued" status, click the column header, hover over "Run column," and select "Force" to jump-start the process.
Since the performance issue returns after a few minutes, this suggests short-term front-end performance issues. Clear your browser cache completely and refresh your screen to resolve persistent performance problems.
Performance issues are more common with larger tables or complex workflows running simultaneously, which can cause recurring latency where cell data takes longer to load.
Hi Muzaffar,
Thank you for reaching out to the support team.
We had an incident earlier today. The earlier latency issues affecting some Clay tables have now been resolved. Everything should be loading as expected again.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked through it!
If you're still experiencing any issues, please let us know.
