Hi! I have a free clay account in my company ID but it's blocked. I have a client who have invited me to their workspace but i cant accept the invitation without logging in. i have emailed at verification@clay.run but I want help to fix this asap.
If you're unable to log in to your Clay account, try using the "forgot password" option on the login page to receive password reset instructions via email.
If you don't receive a reset email, you likely used Google Authentication to create your account. Try logging in with Google instead.
Since you can't change your login method yourself and your account is blocked, you'll need human assistance. Please request to talk to a person in this chat for further help with your account access.
I just want my Clay account unblocked for sayan@layeredworkflow.com so that I can accept my client's workspace invite and start work. Please expedite this as early as possible.
