How to Merge Two Columns in CSV Data Import

is there any way to merge two columns, i imported a csv and it didn't recognise my existing column so created a new one but i don't need 2

Yes! You can merge your two IPO Date columns using the merge columns function:
1.
Click Add column → Merge columns [1]
2.
Select a Data type from the dropdown
3.
Write a formula including the columns you want to combine with /
4.
Click Save settings
This will create a new column combining data from both your "IPO Date" and "IPO Date (2)" columns. You can then hide or delete the original columns if you don't need them anymore. [2]
