How do we connect our ZoomInfo account for enrichment?
To connect your ZoomInfo account:
In a Clay table, click Add enrichment and search for ZoomInfo [1]
Under Integrations, select one of the ZoomInfo options
Click + Add account and go through authentication
You can also set this up in Settings > Connections by clicking Add Connection and selecting ZoomInfo [2]
Note: Your ZoomInfo account needs API access enabled. If you have trouble connecting, it might be because you're using SSO (not supported) or your account doesn't have API access - you'd need to contact ZoomInfo support to get that enabled

can you explain a bit more about the steps we need to take, both in clay and in zoominfo, please?
In ZoomInfo:
Your account needs API access enabled. If you're using SSO or don't have API access, contact ZoomInfo support to get it enabled. [1]
In Clay:
Two ways to connect:
Option 1 - From a table:
Click "Add enrichment" and search for ZoomInfo
Select a ZoomInfo option under Integrations
Click "+ Add account" and authenticate
Option 2 - From Settings:
Once connected, you can use ZoomInfo to enrich companies (with revenue, competitors, hierarchy data) or contacts (using email or name + company).
Did that answer your question?
also are there any limits we should take into consideration?
Yes, several limits to consider:
Table limits:
50,000 rows per table (includes hidden/deleted rows)
40 action columns per table (enrichment columns)
100 total columns per table
Plan-specific search limits:
Free: 100 searches per query
Starter: 5,000 searches per query
Explorer: 10,000 searches per query [1]
Rate limits:
AI features have rate limits, especially for heavy prompts
API: ~10 requests/second (Enterprise only)
Cell size limits:
Basic columns: 8KB
Action columns: 200KB [3]
Credits:
ZoomInfo enrichments will consume credits from your plan. You can use your own ZoomInfo API key to avoid Clay credit usage. [4]
Consider splitting large datasets across multiple tables if you hit these limits.
Was this information about limits helpful?

Any details around the field mapping?
For ZoomInfo enrichments, you'll get specific data fields that you can map to columns:
Company enrichment outputs: [1]
Company revenue, competitors, hierarchy data
Contact enrichment outputs: [2]
First/Last Name, Work Email, Mobile Phone
Job Title, Education, Experience dates
Company details (Industry, Revenue, Employee Count)
Location data (City, State, Country, Zip)
To map these fields: [3]
Click on any enriched cell to open the Cell details panel
Hover over the specific data point you want
Click "Add as column" to create a new column with that data
Or map to existing columns: [4]
Select "Map to an existing column" instead
Choose which column to overwrite with the new data
This lets you pull specific ZoomInfo data points into separate, organized columns in your table.
Did that explanation about field mapping help?
Can you explain a bit more why SSO won't work?
I understand this can be frustrating. I’ll connect you to a human agent who can provide more detailed assistance.
