what is Max News Results referring to on the Track News Signals? if i put 50 as the Max News Results number, is that limiting it to 50 News Results across all of the companies? how does Clay choose which News Results to choose from to make the 50? if I wanted to limit it to 1 news result per company, how would i do that?
The available documentation covers setting up News & Fundraising Signals but doesn't specify details about "Max News Results" configuration or how results are distributed across companies. [1]
To set up News & Fundraising Signals, you select the table with companies to monitor, choose the column with company domains, select news topics, and set the signal frequency. [2]
Could you clarify what specific outcome you're trying to achieve with the news results limit - are you looking to control the total volume of news or ensure equal distribution per company?
this does not answer my question

Hi - Andy S. The Max News Results setting in the Track News Signals enrichment controls how many total news articles Clay pulls per company not across all companies so if you set it to 50 Clay will fetch up to 50 news results per company based on relevance and recency (newest and most relevant first). If you only want 1 news article per company simply set Max News Results = 1 Clay will then return just the top most relevant or latest news item for each company.
Hey there - just want to check in to see if this has been resolved?
