Issue with Lookup Functionality: What's Going Wrong?

Why has the lookup stopped working? Everything was fine before. The reconciliation is done by the LI link, and they are the same in both tables.

The "Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table" action can only use one column at a time to filter results.
Based on your screenshot showing "0 Records Found," the issue is likely that the "Row Value" field shows "profile_link" (text) instead of referencing the actual LinkedIn URL column data. You need to map the "Row Value" to the column containing the actual LinkedIn URLs, not enter literal text. [1]
Check that your "Row Value" is properly mapped to the column with LinkedIn URLs rather than containing static text. [2]

In both cases the field is filled in and they are the same, both have the format URL but lookup doesn't work

In both tables, the reconciliation is based on the person's LinkedIn profile.
