Hi, I ran a waterfall enrichment for this table I am working on. The table consists of 450 ish rows. Somehow while working on this table I lost 2000+ credits while I did not even run all record (by far). The table is not on auto-run
The total costs of the table are 5 credits (will equal to those 2000), but the full table did not run. For example, the email enrichment only ran for 10 rows.
Can you explain to me why I lost 2000+ credits? Screenshots hopefully help explain the situation
Credits can be deducted unexpectedly when actions are stopped mid-process - requests already sent still consume credits even if stopped early. [1]
To prevent this: always test on 5-10 rows first, turn off auto-update while building tables, and avoid deleting columns while actions are running.

Not fully. I might have ran the email enrichment and paused it? I am not sure, I think I would remember in case I did. It should also show "run stopped" in that case and it does not, and the waterfall should also refund credits when the email was not found.

Hey Sem - thank you for reaching out. After looking into our logs, it seems that the credit spend is coming from the "enrich person" enrichment. Additionally, it seems as though there were multiple "enrich person" columns and they were deleted.
I don't see any enricht person column in this table
The "enrich person" column was hidden in your waterfall. Did you mean to include that?
